Welcome to Sparks Generators. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of Generac generators, and any related products or support provided by Sparks Generators ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By using our services or entering into a service agreement, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms in full. Please review them carefully.

Services Provided

Sparks Generators specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Generac standby generators. All services are performed by certified technicians in accordance with industry standards and local codes.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on site inspections or additional labor/materials required.

All pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Prices exclude costs arising from unforeseen issues such as code violations, underground obstructions, or necessary electrical upgrades.
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in delays.

Scheduling and Site Access

The customer agrees to provide safe, accessible working conditions for all scheduled services. Sparks Generators is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible job sites.

Permits and Compliance

Sparks Generators will assist in acquiring permits when applicable, but customers are responsible for adhering to all homeowner association (HOA) rules and local property regulations.

Warranty

Generac generators include a manufacturer’s limited warranty, available at [Generac’s website].
Our workmanship is covered under a limited labor warranty for [12 months] following installation. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as extreme weather.

Limitation of Liability

Sparks Generators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or use, resulting from the performance or failure of installed equipment. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful installation or service visit, the customer agrees to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information about the site and electrical system.
Maintain the generator according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule.
Promptly communicate any issues or safety concerns.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer information is collected solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

Modifications to Terms

Sparks Generators may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available upon request and on our official website.
